Biography
Mr. Faleski practices in various areas of intellectual property law, including domestic and foreign patent preparation and prosecution, patent litigation, merger and acquisition due diligence, and counseling and clearance work (invalidity and non-infringement opinions). Mr. Faleski also has experience in trademark clearance, prosecution, and litigation. His technical experience includes such fields as oil and gas exploration, drilling, and production, offshore structures, mechanical devices and systems, and medical devices.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Faleski worked as a consultant with Ernst & Young Consulting, LLP. While with Ernst & Young, Mr. Faleski worked on a variety of projects in the oil, gas and chemical industries.
