Biography
Ms. Pape practices in various areas of intellectual property law, including patent and trademark preparation and prosecution, patent litigation, merger and acquisition due diligence, and counseling and clearance work. Her technical experience includes such fields as oil and gas exploration, drilling, and production, and mechanical devices.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Pape worked as a New Product Operations Engineer and a Quality Engineer at Dell, Inc. launching and supporting a variety of enterprise-class products.
