Associates have the opportunity to work in the rewarding and challenging field of Intellectual Property law. The practice includes litigation, technology transfer, prosecution of patent applications, trademarks, copyrights, franchising, and counseling on such matters. We encourage early responsibility and hands-on training, working directly with other attorneys and clients.

Compensation

Associate salaries are merit-based and are indicative of the efficiency and development of individual Associates. We make an effort to keep Associate compensation competitive within our market. Our compensation package is reviewed annually to ensure we are in step with the market. New law school graduates receive a standard base salary, along with a stipend for bar expenses.
