Carol Mintz serves as a Patent Agent in the Firm's Houston
office specializing in the fields of chemistry, biochemistry,
pharmaceutical and medical technology.
Ms. Mintz has several years laboratory research experience
at the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center and The University of Texas
Health Science Center in the area of cancer biochemistry, focusing on the enzymology of DNA biosynthesis, protein purification, cell culture and
liposomes as in vivo carriers.
Ms. Mintz has prepared and prosecuted a number of U.S. and
PCT patent applications for clients in the petroleum and chemical
industries, universities and companies developing biopharmaceutical
products, diagnostics, therapeutics and medical devices.
