Mr. Stuart is a registered patent attorney broadly experienced in all aspects of intellectual property law, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. He specializes in patent preparation, prosecution, advice, and opinions in a wide variety of technical fields. Mr. Stuart has experience preparing and prosecuting mechanical, medical device, semiconductor, chemical, software, and business method patent applications. He enjoys working closely with inventors to maximize protection for their ideas, as well as consulting on business matters such as patentability, infringement, and design-around.
Mr. Stuart is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, as well as before all Texas and Louisiana State Courts.
