Mr. Wilson specializes in patent law, with an emphasis on domestic and foreign patent preparation and prosecution.
Mr. Wilson has experience in preparing and prosecuting
patents in various fields of the electrical arts including computer software and hardware,
telecommunications systems, semiconductors, and signal processing.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Wilson engineered data acquisition and energy source control systems for the seismic
exploration industry, and was granted several patents for systems and methods related to seismic data acquisition
and recording.
Mr. Wilson is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and all Texas State Courts.
