 The fourth office location of Conley Rose, P.C. opened in Fort Collins, Colorado on September 1, 2007. The office is located in the southern section of Fort Collins in the midst of a growing business and intellectual property sector. With a population of 137,200 in 2005, the picturesque city is experiencing both population and economic growth. Rocky Mountain National Park, one of the most visited parks in the United States is close by. Loveland, Keystone and the Arapahoe Basin ski areas are all less than 2 hours from Fort Collins, affording day skiing in the winter and hiking and camping opportunities in the summers. With over 300 days of average sunshine a year, employees are able to enjoy the many festivals, marathons, outdoor activities and cultural entertainment venues found in and around the city. Colorado State University is a large draw for younger adults and provides both education and research opportunities.
Our City

The picturesque city of Fort Collins was founded as a military fort in 1864 and incorporated as a town in 1873. The city lies approximately 5000 feet above sea level on the banks of the Cache La Poudre River at the foot of the Rocky Mountains, between Denver and Cheyenne. Known as The Choice City, it is the largest city in northern Colorado and home to Colorado State University. Fort Collins was voted The Best Place to Live in the Nation by Money Magazine in August 2006. Rocky Mountain National Park, one of the most visited national parks in the country is less than one hour from Fort Collins.
The city is home to fabulous recreational opportunities, diverse cultural attractions, a vibrant nightlife scene, and family fun galore. Fort Collins has a thriving local music circuit and is home to a number of well-recognized micro breweries. Old Town, a historic shopping district, hosts several large festivals each year. The Fort Collins Balloon Festival attracts hot air balloon enthusiasts from around the world. Visitors enjoy world class whitewater rafting on the Cache La Poudre River and hiking and biking along 23 miles of trails in the 40 nearby parks.
Fort Collins is home to a strong economic base with diverse employment opportunities, especially in the high tech work force. Hewlett-Packard, Teledyne Water Pik, AMD, Advanced Energy and Intel, as well as Colorado State University and the public school system are some of the largest employers in the area. The area produces pharmaceuticals, electronic components and accessories, aircraft and parts, scientific instruments, industrial chemicals, turbines and engines, with many companies teaming with Colorado State University for research.
