Ms. Griebenow has substantial experience in all aspects of Intellectual Property acquisition, license and enforcement, including but not limited to: counseling client management and inventors on strategic IP business issues; preparing, prosecuting and evaluating domestic and foreign patent applications; investigating and preparing patentability, infringement and validity opinions; drafting and negotiating intellectual property licenses and other technology-related agreements; resolving IP issues, including due diligence studies arising from company acquisitions, joint ventures and divestitures.
Her practice also includes domestic and foreign trademark registration, trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings, copyright and trade secret matters, domain name challenges, clean room development and software privacy issues.
Before joining Conley Rose, P.C., Ms. Griebenow spent extensive time working for Texas Instruments and the Hewlett-Packard Company, and was Chief IP Counsel of Electronic Data Systems Corporation.
Ms. Griebenow is admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, and the California, Texas and Colorado state courts.
