Prior to attending law school, Mr. Gibson worked as a consultant with Texas Instruments in Dallas developing a software demonstration for a US Congressional Committee. As a software engineering intern at National Instruments in Austin, Mr. Gibson developed software applications to aid in manufacturing and production automation.
Mr. Gibson specializes in various aspects of intellectual property law, including patent prosecution and litigation in the electrical arts. He also has experience in trademark prosecution and litigation. |
