Nick Patel specializes in the electrical and
computing arts. Mr. Patel has experience writing and prosecuting patent applications for downhole systems, biomedical technologies, wireless communication systems and mobile phone security systems, general computer and server technologies, software designs, and integrated circuit design, testing and debugging systems, as well as semiconductor fabrication, packaging and assembly technologies.
Mr. Patel's practice is primarily
focused on prosecuting patents and advising litigators on
technical matters.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Patel interned with Schlumberger
Technology Corporation Research & Development in Sugar
Land, Texas as a testing and qualification systems software
designer for the high temperature, high pressure, measurement-while-drilling
group. He also spent time as President and Chief Editor of
Seventh Enterprise, Inc., publications, prominent among much
of the U.S. collegiate population.
Mr. Patel is registered to practice before the United States
Patent and Trademark Office.
