FROM BUSH INTERCONTINENTAL AIRPORT
• Exit airport onto Beltway 8 W/Sam Houston Tollway W.
• Exit onto I-45 South towards Houston.
• Take left exit #17C onto I-45 South toward Downtown
• Take left exit #48A/I-10 EAST onto Milam Street
• Turn left on Rusk Street
• Turn left on Travis Street
• Arrive at 600 Travis Street on left
• Garage entrance on the right
• Once you enter the parking garage, take the up ramp on your right and proceed through the security gates to the parking levels. Please bring your guest parking ticket in with you so we can validate it when you leave. Take the parking garage elevators down to ground level, then cross Travis St. to get to Chase Tower. We are located on the 71st floor of Chase Tower (you will take a first elevator to the 60th floor, and then transfer to another elevator to get to the 71st floor).
FROM HOBBY AIRPORT
• Head west on Hobby Airport Loop (Keep Left at Fork)
• Continue out of airport towards Broadway
• Pass under I-45 N and turn left onto feeder road (Gulf Freeway)
• Merge onto I-45 N
• Take exit 47B toward Memorial Drive
• Turn right at Memorial Drive
• Continue onto Rusk Street
• Turn left at Travis Street
• Arrive at 600 Travis Street on the left
• Garage entrance on the right.

We can validate your parking if you park in the Chase Tower Garage, which is located across Travis Street from our building. The garage sits in the city block surrounded by Travis Street, Texas Ave, Main Street, and Capitol Street, with entrances on all but the Main Street side. Once you enter the parking garage, take the up ramp on your right and proceed through the security gates to the parking levels. Please bring your guest parking ticket in with you so we can validate it when you leave. Once you park, you can take the parking garage elevators down to ground level, then cross Travis St. to get to Chase Tower. We are located on the 71st floor of Chase Tower (you will take a first elevator to the 60th floor, and then transfer to another elevator to get to the 71st floor). There is also metered street parking and surface parking lots (adjacent the intersection of Main Street and Capitol Street and adjacent the intersection of Travis Street and Prairie Street).

Conley Rose, P.C. ("Conley Rose") was formed in Houston, Texas on April 1, 1991. Centrally located in exciting downtown Houston, our office is within walking distance of the center of Houston nightlife, as well as many of the best attractions Houston has to offer, including Minute Maid Park (home to the Houston Astros), the entertainment and dining complex Bayou Place, the Downtown Aquarium, the George R. Brown Convention Center, and Toyota Center (current home of the Houston Rockets). Downtown Houston also encompasses the Theater District, including performing arts complexes Wortham Center - home to the Houston Ballet, Jones Hall - home to the Houston Symphony, and the Alley Theatre, as well as nearby Tranquility Park.
