With respect to domain names, the Firm has experience protecting its clients' trademarks when being used in another's domain name.  On numerous occasions the Firm has successfully used the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) to obtain judgments from the National Arbitration Forum (NAF) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in which infringing domain names were transferred to the Firm's clients.
