Mr. Kristian Sullivan offers a wide range of intellectual property services, including securing and strengthening valuable intellectual property assets (such as patents, trademarks, trade secrets, etc.), conducting freedom-to-operate analyses, and drafting and negotiating intellectual property related agreements.

Kristian’s patent and technology law practice spans a number of different industries, including the oil and gas, medical, automotive, computer, construction, sporting equipment, and hydrocarbon processing industries among others.  In addition, prior to attending law school, Kristian completed several internship assignments with Shell Oil Company involving a number of practical, technical projects related to downstream oil refining and chemical processing.  As a result of these experiences, Kristian is adept at quickly assessing and understanding the technical merits of complex inventions, which enables effective and efficient preparation and acquisition of meaningful patent assets.

In addition, Kristian has gained a depth of legal experience over his career, working as an in-house attorney for Exxon Mobil Corporation and in private practice at Conley Rose.  Consequently, Kristian is skilled at delivering pragmatic and competent legal advice in the intellectual property and technology law fields.
