Travel west on W. Mockingbird Lane (1.5 miles).
Turn left and take ramp onto Dallas North Tollway (15 miles)
Take exit at Headquarters Drive onto North Dallas Parkway.
Continue north and through the light at Headquarters Drive turning right at Granite Parkway.
Continue on Granite Parkway turning left and into Granite Park III at 5601Granite Parkway.
From DFW Airport
Take the North Airport Exit to Texas Highway 121 North (18 miles).
Take the Parkwood Boulevard exit off Texas Hwy 121and turn right onto Parkwood Boulevard. (1/2 mile).
Contunue on Parkwood Drive turning right onto Parkshore Drive.
Continue on Parkshore Drive turning right at Granite Parkway.
Continue on Granite Parkway turning left at into Granite Park III at 5601 Granite Parkway.
Free parking is available in the first level of the attached garage and a few spaces outside the front door of the building are available for visitors as well.

• Exit airport onto Beltway 8 W/Sam Houston Tollway W.
• Exit onto I-45 South towards Houston.
• Take left exit #17C onto I-45 South toward Downtown
• Take left exit #48A/I-10 EAST onto Milam Street
• Turn left on Rusk Street
• Turn right on Fannin Street
• Arrive at 1001 McKinney on the right
• Garage entrance on the right
• Once you enter the parking garage, take the up ramp on your right and proceed through the security gates to the parking levels. Please bring your guest parking ticket in with you so we can validate it when you leave. Take the parking garage elevators down to ground level, then enter the building through the glass doors.
FROM HOBBY AIRPORT
• Head west on Hobby Airport Loop (Keep Left at Fork)
• Continue out of airport towards Broadway
• Pass under I-45 N and turn left onto feeder road (Gulf Freeway)
• Merge onto I-45 N
• Take exit 47B toward Memorial Drive
• Turn right at Memorial Drive
• Continue onto Rusk Street
• Turn right at Fannin Street
• Arrive at 1001 McKinney on the right
• Garage entrance on the right.

We can validate your parking if you park in the 1001 McKinney Garage, which is connected to our building. The garage entrance is on Fannin between Walker and McKinney. Please bring your guest parking ticket in with you so we can validate it when you leave. Once you park, you can take the parking garage elevators down to ground level, then enter the glass doors into the building. We are located on the 18th floor. There is also metered street parking and a surface parking lots (adjacent the intersection of Walker and Fannin).
