June 13, 2025 – Conley Rose, P.C., a leading intellectual property law firm, is pleased to announce that Rob West has joined the firm as Director of Business Development and Marketing.

In this role, Rob will lead the firm’s business development, marketing, and branding initiatives in collaboration with attorneys, firm leadership, and external partners. He will focus on building strategic relationships, enhancing firm visibility, and implementing systematic approaches to client development and firm messaging.

Rob joins Conley Rose with seven years of experience in legal marketing, most recently serving as Business Development and Marketing Manager at Adams & Reese. In that role, he oversaw the development and execution of strategic marketing plans across multiple practice groups including Intellectual Property. He is known for creating attorney coaching programs, streamlining RFP processes, and launching integrated branding campaigns. Prior to that, he held business development leadership roles at Patterson Intellectual Property Law and in the advertising industry, where he gained extensive experience in brand positioning, content strategy, and relationship-based marketing. Across these roles, Rob has been a frequent contributor to client communications and legal industry thought leadership, overseeing the production of numerous firm articles and client updates.

Rob holds an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from Emporia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Tennessee. He will work remotely from Nashville and support all three Conley Rose offices in Dallas, Houston, and Alexandria, VA.
