John P. Teresinski is a seasoned patent attorney whose practice focuses on advising innovative companies on the protection, development, and strategic deployment of intellectual property. Based in Alexandria, Virginia, he represents clients working at the forefront of technology including artificial intelligence, semiconductor design, software systems, medical devices, wireless communications, interactive entertainment, and autonomous vehicle platforms. His experience includes managing domestic and international patent portfolios, drafting and prosecuting utility and design applications, handling post-grant proceedings, and counseling clients as they bring emerging technologies to market.  He is a former Patent Examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, where he reviewed applications relating to electrical measuring and testing.

His practice extends beyond prosecution to include strategic counseling and operational guidance. John frequently works with companies establishing or expanding U.S. operations, including subsidiary formation, regulatory compliance, and coordinated IP protection strategies.
