Nicholas Beaulieu has over 15 years of experience as a Patent Attorney helping U.S. and international clients obtain U.S. patents for their inventions in all technology areas, such as electronic circuits, software, and chemical processes.  Nicholas has a unique combination of education and engineering work experience, enabling him to obtain high-value patents efficiently.  Nicholas has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, and minors in Chemistry and Mathematics. Before attending law school, Nicholas worked as an engineer for leading semiconductor and memory companies (Intel, TDK, and Seagate). Nicholas has extensive experience preparing and filing patent applications and prosecuting both U.S.-originated applications and foreign-originated applications. Additionally, Nicholas regularly files Patent Appeals, Patent Re-issue Applications, and Petitions to best represent inventors before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
