Eric Kent practices in various aspects of intellectual property with an emphasis in patent preparation and prosecution.  Mr. Kent has experience in the electrical and computer arts, and particularly in telecommunications and software, power converters, and other power-related circuitry.

Mr. Kent graduated from the University of Houston Law Center in 2015.  During law school, Mr. Kent conducted clerkships at Conley Rose for two summers, and served as the Managing Editor on board 37 of the Houston Journal of International Law, overseeing all non-editorial aspects of the Journal.  After Law School, Mr. Kent was selected to serve as a rotating member on the Houston Journal of International Law Advisory Board.  Mr. Kent also serves on the board of several nonprofit organizations.  Prior to law school, Mr. Kent graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in electrical engineering, specializing in digital devices.

Mr. Kent has been registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office since 2012.
